We are looking for a Director of Sales to join our growing team as we continue to scale. We expect you to work hard, keep up in the fast-paced startup environment, and have fun. You will have the opportunity to lead an Inside Sales team with a variety of backgrounds. You’ll get to:

  • Work directly with leadership to plan and execute our sales strategy
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual KPIs
  • Train, hire and manage a team of Account Executives
  • Manage and enable the AE team to increase closing ratios, ACV, and manage their pipeline
  • Ability to take and implement feedback from Executive Leadership, while creatively & optimizing strategies
  • Learn and develop a thorough understanding of our platform and industry
  • Reporting on sales activity and forecasting to the leadership
  • Motivate individuals and teams to exceed objectives through coaching, regular communication of results, and creative incentives

You bring:

  • 5+ years of professional experience and/or 2+ years of management experience in a B2B SaaS environment (management experience preferred)
  • Consistent proven track record of overachievement of quota expectations
  • Proven ability to analyze and synthesize sales data to optimize sales funnel
  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading/motivating people to achieve performance goals
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience thriving in a high-paced environment
  • Comprehensive CRM and data analysis experience
