In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Be the trusted advisor and advocate for hundreds of customers.
  • Engage customers actively to derive maximum value from their investment in Socio while identifying new usage opportunities
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure adoption and successful renewal
  • Determine customer goals while driving customer accountability.
  • Monitor customer health and build associated risk mitigation plans as well as success plans / plays
  • Resolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the right resources.
  • Be one of the main advocates for the customer throughout the company
